BUMERANG · AUTOPILOT
Marketing that
runs itself.
Autopilot turns the opportunities in your guest WiFi data into a marketing engine that runs on the rules you define. Set the scenario once; targeting, channel selection and sending proceed automatically. You only set the strategy.
What is Autopilot?
Autopilot is the automated campaign engine inside Bumerang, the Useroam marketing module: it reads your guest WiFi data against the rules you define and decides which campaign goes to which guest, when, and on which channel. It watches behaviour signals such as visit frequency, inactivity periods and visit counts, and runs acquisition, win-back and loyalty flows over WhatsApp or SMS. It works in two modes. In semi-automatic mode, AI proposes a campaign, you approve it and Autopilot sends it. In fully automatic mode you set the scenario once, and the flows run on their own using the rules, messages and segments you defined. Ready-made welcome, we-miss-you and loyalty scenarios get you started. The panel shows automatically completed jobs, suggestions awaiting approval, the target segment and estimated returns, while reports show how many guests each scenario reached and how many came back. Autopilot ships switched off, works only on guests who gave explicit consent, and can be paused at any time.
The hardest part: keeping it going
The hardest thing about marketing is not sending the right message at the right time — it is doing that every single day. Autopilot takes that on: acquisition, win-back and loyalty flows run themselves 24/7 on the rules you define. It works like a marketing team for venues that have no time to run one.
Three capabilities, one goal: automatic growth
Semi-automatic mode
AI proposes the campaign, you approve it, Autopilot sends it. You keep control; the system carries the repetitive workload.
Fully automatic mode
Set the scenario once and let acquisition, win-back and loyalty flows run entirely on their own, at the right moment.
Smart targeting
Autopilot picks the right guest, the right moment and the right channel (WhatsApp/SMS) automatically, based on behaviour data.
The Autopilot panel: you always see what it is doing
Automatically completed jobs, suggestions awaiting your approval, target segments and estimated returns on the same screen. Autopilot is not a black box: you see which decision it took and why — and you can take over at any moment.
Easy to set up, clear results
Do not guess. See it.
Autopilot tracks every message it sends: which scenario reached how many guests, how many came back, which channel earned more. You do not debate whether marketing works — you know, in numbers.
- Return conversion rate
- Send report — who and when
- Channel performance — WhatsApp / SMS
You are always in control
Autopilot ships switched off by default; it runs only when you enable it and only on guests who gave explicit consent, with an auditable consent trail. Start in semi-automatic mode and switch to fully automatic once you trust it.
You set the strategy. Autopilot does the shift work.
Let's watch Autopilot propose campaigns from guest data together, in a demo environment.
