Who writes
these guides?

The guest WiFi and compliance guides on the Useroam blog are written by the Useroam Compliance Team.

How we work

Who we are

The Useroam Compliance Team is made up of people working across Useroam product, networking and support — the ones who see guest WiFi deployments and guest logging requirements in the field. The guides are a shared output of that team, not a single author.

What we rely on

Regulatory claims are grounded in primary sources. Where a guide covers a specific jurisdiction, the sources used are listed at the end of the article.

Product knowledge

Product capabilities come from a running Useroam Cloud deployment. We do not describe features that are not live.

Updates

When regulation or the product changes, the relevant guide is reviewed. The update date changes only when the content itself actually changes.

Important note

These guides are informational and do not replace legal advice. Consult your own counsel for your obligations.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no single author name on the posts?
The guides are written with input from several people across product, networking and support, so they are published under a collective author: the Useroam Compliance Team.
What if I spot an error?
Write to support@useroam.com. We review corrections and update the article.
Are these guides legal advice?
No. They summarise regulation and practical implementation; for your own obligations you should consult your legal counsel.
