Which one fits you
Cloud is enough
If you want guest WiFi that is secure and on the record, and you are not using the marketing side yet, Useroam Cloud is enough. Moving to Extended later needs no infrastructure change.
Extended makes sense
If you want to keep talking to guests after they connect — campaigns, surveys, QR menu, in-room service — Extended brings all of it into one panel instead of a second piece of software.
How the upgrade works
If you are on Cloud, moving to Extended happens on the licence side. Your devices are untouched, your portal settings and existing records stay in place, and the modules appear in the panel the same day.
