GUEST VERIFICATION
Vouchers and timed access codes
For the times you need to connect someone without asking for a phone number: generate a code, set how long and how often it works, and let access close itself.
What are WiFi vouchers for?
Asking every guest for a phone number does not fit every scenario. For a one-day event, an external attendee in a meeting room, a supplier on site or short visitor reception, a voucher is the practical route. You print the code or show it on screen, the guest enters it and stays connected for the period you defined. When that period ends, access stops by itself.

Vouchers in four steps
Generate the code
Single or bulk codes are created from the panel.
Set the rule
Validity period and usage allowance are bound to the code.
Hand it to the guest
The code is printed, shown on screen or given verbally.
It closes on expiry
When the period ends the session stops and reuse can be blocked.
Username and password for local users
Alongside vouchers you can define permanent user accounts. In dormitories, campuses, offices and long-stay accommodation — where the same person uses the network for months — a username and password fits better: the account is created once and the guest is not re-verified on every connection.
Good to know
- Vouchers can be generated in bulk and prepared before an event.
- Access records for voucher logins are signed and retained like every other method.
- Vouchers complement phone verification rather than replacing it — both can be enabled on the same portal.
- Local user accounts suit closed environments where you do not want repeated verification.
Other guest WiFi features
This capability does not stand alone; these are parts of the same portal, managed from one panel.
